ONE CALL DELIVERABLE REFRESH
One Call's marketing collateral is in need of a refresh for 2019 and what better time to do some research on our users. In the past, feedback has come from a sales team perspective, but there seem to be some assumptions about the users, and it's been a while since this type of data was collected. Discovery is needed to know how to provide thought leadership to users, by offering solutions to make their lives easier and to positively impact outcomes and cost.
GOAL: To provide solutions through user research and analysis to discover opportunities, and create the most effective deliverables for different audiences.
