PROJECT DETAILS

My department was struggling with project transparency, accountability, status, and communication. A project management platform was on my wish list last year and became one of my goals to execute. When the request was approved, I contacted Wrike and got to work on what is now an essential part of the department's project management process.

GOAL: Use a platform to custom build a process that works for the whole department to break down silos, work more efficiently, and increase visibility.
